Oh, my goodness, love is beautiful.
Sharing love is even more beautiful.
Living in love, even more beautiful than sharing that very love with the greater world.
And this, this absolutely stunning couple during their engagement session in San Diego,
just as beautiful as love, being in love, sharing the love and living in love!
We had to reschedule their session 3 times as each time, the rain blessed us with its presence.
With this session, it rained days, 3 days straight before the session.
But... On the day of the session, the sky was crystal clear with puffy white clouds.
And my goodness, did it assist in creating magic such as this!
With this session occurring outdoors, as most of my session do.
It enabled us to be fully present, all senses ignited.
Seeing the glow and vibrancy,
feeling the breeze
and smelling the freshness of the spaces that become our backdrop,
just makes me feel at home, bringing a sense of peace.
I feel more and more blessed with each session that I get to live and share my passion of a profession
reflecting not only the blissful realities of souls and their lives
but also that of the stunning environments that make up our surroundings.
Robin and Orlando, you two compliment one another is every way!
Thank you for allowing me to take part in and capture these very moments.
"Love is two souls intertwined in such a way you cannot find their meeting place,
nor can you tear it apart.
It is one embodiment of pure pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow."
These two divine souls.
The two of them, with the assistance of their dream of a new home
and my camera,
spent a sunny Saturday capturing intimate morning moments.
That of drinking coffee, intertwining their souls as they cuddled,
playful moments with their little pup and him serenading her with his guitar.
Bianca, you are a goddess of a soul.
Your energy and grace is so beautifully uplifting
and Tristan, your calmness and skill on the guitar is truly mesmerizing.
Your souls were meant to be intertwined.
With each photographic exchange I feel more and more blessed for the opportunities that make up my existence. That of capturing love, intimate family moments, precious events or even these here,
that of the historical Doheny House in Capistrano Beach.
Two of my dearest friends and mentors
are now managing this space alongside their company Connie & Co. Events!
And, I grateful had the opportunity to document this space and all of its amazingness for the very first time.
This spectacular space will be used to host corporate private dinners and events.
A precisely decorated interior with a yard surrounding this historical home
overlooking the bright clue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
My goodness, this really exists, it really does.
And below, are just a few of the highlights from this spectacular space.

Oh, how do I love surprises.
Okay, not the best at keeping surprises, but this one,
I was able to as the birthday boy would never find out,
at least from my mouth.
I was so excited when I received an email from Claudia, the 21st birthday boy (or man as you will, even though he's still mamma's boy) letting me know about her plans for his surprise birthday party.
The more I found out, the more excited I got!
And, as it all unfolded the evening truly was so uniquely special.
She arranged for all their family and his closest friends to meet at Rainwater Gallery in Huntington Beach.
And they did just that.
Everyone arrived with enough time to have a drink and share a laugh before Austin arrived.
Then, the phone call had been made, Austin was around the corner.
Shortly after, his brother opened the door for him and allowed him to come in first.
As you can see by the photos below, he was oh-so-surpised and even more-so excited.
I quickly came to learn that the soul in which we were celebrating had such a lovely charismatic, silly energy
as he so joyously appreciated and loved all those whom was around him!
The evening was celebrated laughing and reminiscing with family members while sharing the Hawaiian cuisine. Bob Marley played in the background, Hawaiian food was served and the evening ended with a surprise performance of traditional Polynesian dancing by Tausala Polynesia.
It truly was so very special and an event I know the entire family will always remember.
Thank you, for allowing me, the unique opportunity of capturing these moments around
Austin's surprise 21st birthday party, I am truly grateful!
